Learned A.P.P. upon instructions has made a statement that till date the prosecution has examined only 3 to 4 witnesses and the prosecution is intending to examine 14 witnesses though a long list is provided. Yet the material witnesses have not been examined. 3.

In the circumstances, only on the ground of delay, the prayer for bail cannot be entertained. Certainly, if there is no substantial progress, then the applicant can move this Court after three months. 4.

In view of above, the application stands disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to endeavor to decide the case, within three months from the date of communication of this order.
