At the outset, he has invited our attention to the notice dated 27/03/2025. According to him, the said notice has not taken to its logical end by the respondent- authority.

Be that as it may, considering the fact that the notice dated 27/03/2025 has already been issued, we direct respondent No.3 and 4 to consider the notice dated 27/03/2025, as well as the representation dated 02/05/2025, in accordance with law.
