Vide order dated 10.10.2025, this Court while quashing the First Information Report in question, directed the parties to pay costs of Rs.25,000/- to the High Court Bar Association and Party No.2 was directed to pay the costs to the High Court Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee. The Office note shows that the costs have not been deposited.
