The prayer made in this petition is for issuance of direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3, the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati, and the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola, respectively, to decide the application of the petitioner dated November 05, 2018 seeking change of date of birth from 'May 02, 1961' to 'March 28, 1963' in the service book of the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner is already superannuated. Apart from this, the application for change in the date of birth is moved at much belated stage. 4.

That being so, no case for interference is made out. 5.

The petition stands dismissed.
