The Petitioner, a teacher has been transferred by the Respondent Management within the Management. The order of transfer is dated 11 May 2019. The scope of interference in the matters of transfer when a post is transferable on administrative ground, is limited. 2.

The only ground urged that the transfer was a mid term transfer and therefore caused hardship does not survive, as it is informed that the Petitioner is still working at the original place. In view of this position, no interference is warranted.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
