This is an application for appointment of sole arbitrator.

(2) Notice for final disposal on this application was issued. In pursuance to the said notice, Shri S.S. Bagga, learned counsel is representing for applicant and Shri P.V. Vaidya, learned counsel is representing for non-applicant. (3) The applicant and non-applicant are agreed for appointment of Shri S.D. Mohod, Principal District Judge (Retired). Therefore, on 06.01.2021, Registry was directed to invite the consent letter and the disclosure statement from Shri Mohod, Principal District Judge (Retired). Accordingly, it is received and placed on record. (4) In view of the above, Shri S.D. Mohod, Principal District Judge (Retired) is appointed as an Arbitrator

(5) The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to inform Shri S.D. Mohod, Principal District Judge (Retired) about his appointment as an Arbitrator in the matter.

(6) The Arbitrator so appointed shall issue notice to the parties involved in this application.

(7) The civil application is disposed of.
