Considering the fact that the same students have been permitted by this Court to appear for 1st year GNM course examination as per order dated 11/02/2022 and also the fact that this petition is pending for final adjudication, this application can be allowed in the same manner as has been done on 11/02/2022 or otherwise the academic interest of the same students would suffer.

Accordingly, allowing the application, we direct that these students be provisionally issued Admit cards without imposing any condition and shall be permitted to appear for 2nd year GNM course examination commencing from 14/03/2023.

It is made clear that this order shall not create any equity in favour of the students and that this order is subject to final result of this petition. 5.

The application disposed of accordingly.
