Prayer of the petitioner is to direct respondent no.4 University to nominate members on Committee so as to enable that Committee to evaluate performance of petitioner for the purpose of conferment of senior grade and selection grade. The learned Counsel for petitioner submits that efforts to get Committee constituted were made on 11/3/2013 and thereafter on

2608wp6930.14 2/2 10/10/2013, but for no fault on the part of the petitioner, the Committee could not be constituted. Adv. Sadavarte for respondent no.5 relies upon reply filed by respondent no.4 University. Adv. Khan for respondent no.4 University states that Committee has been constituted and its constitution has been communicated to respondent no.5 College on 16/7/2015. According to her, therefore, now that Committee can undertake the exercise and complete verification.

Adv. Meshram, in this background, submits that exercise should be completed in a time bound manner.

We, therefore, direct respondent nos.4 and 5 to see that exercise is completed within a period of three months from today. With this direction, we partly allow the petition and dispose it of. No costs.
