By this application, the applicant/appellant seeking amendment in pleadings as well as prayer clause by which specific rate for enhancement has been claimed. It is submitted that, in connected appeals, this Court has granted specific rate after enhancement and on that basis amendment is sought. I do not find any difficulty to allow the amendment application. Whether appellant deserves for getting compensation as per connected appeal is not questioned of fact be decided at the time of final hearing. The Civil Application stands allowed and disposed accordingly.

The appellant to carryout the amendment within two weeks from today.
