17th November, 2017 Perused the Review Application as well as grounds raised therein.

Though it is sought to be urged that the admission of the plaintiff's vendor that the defendants were in possession since the year 1980 has not been taken into consideration, I find that in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the judgment, the said aspect has been adverted while deciding the appeal.

I do not find any error apparent on the face of record for exercising review jurisdiction,.

Application is, therefore, rejected.
