In these applications, on 20.04.2017 notice was issued to respondent Nos. 1A and 1B, while respondent no.2 was deleted. The ofÏce note shows that respondent Nos. 1A and 1B had been served , yet there is no representation on their behalf. These applications are for restoration of writ petition which stood dismissed by conditional order dated 14.02.2014 and for condonation of delay in moving the application for restoration.

Both respondent Nos. 1A and 1B had been served, yet there is no representation on their behalf. For the reasons stated in the applications, same are allowed. Consequently, delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored by recalling the order dated 14.02.2014.
