In the facts of the case, without issuing notice to the respondent and accepting the reasons stated in the application, delay of 176 days in filing the application for restoration is condoned. The civil application is allowed. M.C.A. STAMP NO.22860/2016 Heard.

For the same reasons as recorded above, the order passed by the learned Registrar (J.) is set aside and writ petition is restored. The miscellaneous civil application is allowed.
