On 24-9-2025, following order was passed.
"1.
Grievance of the petitioner, prima facie, appears to be of demolishing the Hanuman Temple and removing the idols by respondent Nos.4 to 7.

The question, however, is whether the temple, that was constructed, was so constructed with the permission of the competent authority. Accordingly, petitioner shall place on record the documents showing the permission to construct the temple. In addition, the petitioner shall justify making prayer to arrest respondent Nos.4 to 7. In the sense, the petitioner shall specify as to under which provision of law such the prayer is maintainable.

Learned Counsel for petitioner seeks time to take instructions.
