The learned Advocate for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application of applicant No.1 - Sheikh Mushtaq Sheikh Ghasi, applicant No.3 - Sheikh Wasim Sheikh Mushtaq and applicant No.4 - Mohd Awes Sheikh Mushtaq. The application of applicant Nos.1, 3 and 4 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The crime is registered against the applicants on the complaint of Sub-Divisional Officer that the applicants (land owners) and some other land owners, in collusion with some officers and the employees of revenue department, have prepared bogus orders showing conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural land. Amongst co-accused are some officers and the employees of revenue department also. Considering the fact that the applicant No.2 is a lady, aged about 55 years, have no criminal antecedents and as the non-applicant has not been able

2 aba727.16 to point out that custody of the applicant is required for further investigation, the following order is passed: In the event of arrest in Crime No.496/2016 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant No.2 - Khaledabi W/o Sheikh Mushtaq be released on bail on executing P.R. bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh) and on furnishing two solvent sureties for Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) each.

The application of applicant No.2 - Khaledabi W/o Sheikh Mushtaq is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE Tambaskar.
