2] The applicant is the mother-in-law of deceased Amrapali Nilesh Ingle, who has committed suicide on 02.09.2019. The crime is registered with Police Station Old City Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on the oral report lodged by Smt. Dayawati Dilip More, mother of Amrapali. Her report would show that Amrapali's marriage took place on 29.05.2009 with Nilesh, son of present applicant. The report was made available to me by the learned A.P.P. for my perusal, which show that there are only general allegations against the present applicant. ORDER
(i) The application is allowed.
(ii) In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 331/2019, registered with Police Station Old City Akola, for an offence punishable under Sections 306, 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, applicantNandabai Dadarao Ingale, be released on bail on her executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount The application is accordingly disposed of.
