The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies to decide the application made by the petitioner on 27-10-2015 within a time-frame. We find that the petitioner has rushed to the Court without waiting for the District Deputy Registrar to decide the application as the application was received by the the District Deputy Registrar on 29-10-2015 and the writ petition is filed on 27-11-2015. However, without issuing notice to the respondent nos. 2 to 8, who would be given a reasonable opportunity by the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies to have their say before passing an appropriate order, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 1 - District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Nagpur to decide the application of the .....2/-
