Due to matrimonial discord between applicant No.1 and non-applicant No.2, FIR in question was lodged by non-applicant No.2 against the applicants. The matter was referred to mediation and the same is settled in mediation.

Applicant No.1 and non-applicant No.2 are present in the Court. They are identified by their respective counsel. They confirm that their dispute is settled in mediation. As per the settlement, demand draft of Rs. 7,00,000/- is handed over by the applicant No.1 to nonapplicant No.2. She has no objection to quash the FIR lodged by her.

In view of settlement of dispute, proceedings of FIR bearing Crime No. 437/2022 registered at Police Station Ajni, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 377, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code are hereby quashed and set aside. 5.
Application stands disposed of.
