DATED : 09 th March, 2020 The Civil Application No.4070/2019 is for condonation of delay of 77 days in bringing legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record and setting aside abatement. The Civil Application No.4071/2019 is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1. Shri B. N. Mohta, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 has consented for granting reliefs in above two applications.
