This is an application filed by the applicant-appellant for condonation of delay in filing the present second appeal. Heard. Perused the application. For the reasons mentioned in the application particularly in para nos.2, 3 and 4, I am satisfied that the delay needs to be condoned, though the application is opposed by the other side. Hence, the order. The delay of 340 days in filing the present second appeal is hereby condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- with the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur within two weeks. Civil Application stands disposed of.
