On instructions, the learned Counsel for the applicants submits that as the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled, the applicants are desirous of withdrawing the application filed for condonation of delay occurred in filing of application for review of order dated 17/07/2017.

The learned Counsel for the non-applicant confirms the fact that there has been an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties. In view of the above, leave to withdraw this application along with the proposed review application is hereby granted. Consequently, the stay granted by this Court on 12th October, 2017 stands vacated. The application is disposed of accordingly.
