1] The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that as the Criminal Application No.258/2018 seeking quashment of the F.I.R. is pending, the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition so as to put-forth all contentions available to the petitioner in the said pending proceedings.

2] In view of the above, this petition is disposed off considering that the petitioner desires to canvass all contentions in the pending criminal application. No costs.
