The order passed by learned Principal District Judge , Akola exercising jurisdiction under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure transferring the proceedings to another Court is under challenge. Considering the observations made in para 3 of the impugned order especially that the Court should refrain from observing that irrelevant questions were being asked, in the facts of the present case when discretion has been exercised under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, there is no jurisdictional error to interfere in writ jurisdiction. Hence writ petition is not entertained. Same is dismissed. No costs.
