By this application, the appellant is seeking permission to serve respondent Nos.7 and 8 by way of paper publication.

As per the contention of the appellant, matter is listed for want of correct address of respondent Nos.7 and 8.

The appellant had tried to ascertain the correct address of the abovesaid respondents but he could not ascertain the address, and therefore, he be permitted to serve respondent Nos.7 and 8 by way of paper publication.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is permitted to serve respondent Nos.7 and 8 through paper publication in daily newspaper which is widely circulated in the area that is in Raipur district.
