The respondent No.1 has expired on 24.06.2024. The present application has been filed for bringing his legal representatives on record. There is delay of around 360 days in filing the application. 2.

The delay is explained stating that the petitioners were not aware about the demise of respondent No.1. The petition is pending since 2016 and several older petitions are also pending for final hearing. Hence, the delay has not adversely affected the hearing of the petition.

In view of the aforesaid, the delay caused in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 is condoned, abatement of

Accordingly, Civil Application (CAW) Nos. 2267/2025, 2265/2025, and 2266/2025 are allowed and stand disposed of.
