This is an application filed by the applicant seeking substitution of name of the petitioner. It is submitted that at the time of filing of the petition, the petitioner was known and registered as "Shree Nagpur and Kampthi Parsi Zarthosti Anjuman". Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the petition the said petitioner - Trust has undergone change in its name and now the Trust is known as "Nagpur Parsi Panchayat, Nagpur" and it is registered with the authorities under the Bombay Public Trusts Act. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant invited our attention to the copies of certificates of registration

0211caw2351.17.odt firstly in the name of Shree Nagpur and Kampthi Parsi Zarthosti Anjuman and secondly in the name of Nagpur Parsi Panchayat, Nagpur.

Though the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent - University opposes the application, considering the fact that the application is in the formal nature and the necessary documents such as certificates of registration are placed on record, we allow the civil application. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today.

The civil application stands disposed of.
