Also, perused the impugned order passed by learned Judge of the Family Court No.3 at Nagpur by which learned Judge of the Family Court has allowed interim application for maintenance filed by the non-applicants. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, when this Court expresses its opinion that the Court is dismissing the revision, learned counsel Shri U.R. Phasate for the applicant, from the instructions of the applicant who is personally present in the Court, submitted that he wishes to withdraw the present application. 3.
