This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of urgent hearing of the petition.

Heard learned counsel Shri Chetan Lokure for the petitioner. He submits that while issuing Rule in the matter, this Court observed the Rule should be made returnable early. He further submits that the application for grant of early hearing of the petition be granted. 3.

Looking to the pendency of writ petitions before this Court, it is not possible for this Court to take up the present petition out of turn, especially when the present petition is of the year 2014 only. Therefore, the present application stands rejected and disposed of accordingly. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted liberty to move an application for grant of urgent hearing of the petition in the month April 2019.
