In response to the notice issued by this court by order dated 20.11.2025, the non-applicant along with Advocate appeared before this court. The non-applicant has categorically made a statement that he has moved the application for withdrawal of the proceeding pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Waduj, District-Satara bearing Hindu Marriage Petition No.74/2023.
