Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.464/2018 registered by the non-applicant against the applicants for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 326 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants seek pre-arrest bail. The crime is registered on the complaint lodged by Sau. Nandatai (real sister of applicant No.2). The facts on record show that the incident took place because of some dispute between the applicant No.2 and the complainant because of sale of some agricultural land by the applicant No.2.
Considering the nature of accusations against the applicants and accepting the submission made on behalf of the applicants that any other crime / offence is not registered against them and as the non-applicant has
2 aba681.18 not been able to point out that the custodial interrogation of applicants is required for further investigation, following order is passed:
In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.464/2018, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing cash security of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh) each and furnishing one solvent surety for Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each.
The applicant No.2 - Keshav S/o Manikrao Tadas shall attend the police station Seloo, Distt Wardha on every Wednesday and Sunday between 10 am. to 2 p.m. till the charge-sheet is filed.
The application is allowed in the above terms.
The amount of cash security, which would be deposited by the applicants, be treated as muddemal property and appropriate orders about its disposal / disbursement shall be passed by the trial Court at the time of conclusion of trial.
