DATED : NOVEMBER 28, 2019 Mr.Wankhade, learned counsel for applicant submits that since the Court is not inclined to grant bail in favour of the applicant he wishes to withdraw the present application.

The applicant was brought before the Court in execution of non-bailable warrant. The applicant was found to be continuously absent and therefore a non-bailable warrant was issued. The Sessions Trial is of the year 2015 and only because of the absence of the applicant, the trial is not completed.

In this situation, I see no merit in the application. The application is therefore dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Akola is directed to decide Sessions Trial No. 72/2015, in accordance with law, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of this order.

The application is disposed of.
