The notices issued to respondent Nos.4 and 5 (Education Officers) are returned back un-served with the remark "noticees are not residing on given address." Learned A. G. P. shall furnish the present address of these two respondents. 2.

The notices issued to respondent Nos.8 and 9 (Education Officers) are returned back un-served with the remark "they are not working at the given address." The counsel for petitioner submits that these respondents have now retired. He has filed an application seeking directions to A.G.P. to provide current address.

Learned A.G.P. submits that he will take steps to get correct address and if provided, will furnish the same to the petitioner's counsel. Be provided.

Civil Application No.105 of 2024 is disposed of in above terms.

The Registry's remark indicates that the correct address of respondent No.3 is not furnished. Petitioner shall furnish correct address of respondent No.3.
