This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination, as the minor victim girl was subjected for the gang rape, and the evidence further shows that some mobile phones are seized, wherein the obscene photographs and obscene videos are also witnessed. The said mobile phones are already referred for the analysis, and the analysis report is yet to be received. Considering the specific allegation against the present applicant as to the sexual assault, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
