CORAM : B. R. GAVAI AND P. N. DESHMUKH, JJ.

DATED : 10 DECEMBER, 2015 The present public interest litigation is filed by the petitioner, who claims to be a social worker, challenging the selection process conducted by respondent No.3. By now, it is settled principle of law that no public interest litigation is to be entertained in service matters and a person aggrieved can very well take recourse to a proper legal remedy available in law.

The public interest litigation is, therefore, rejected.
