This petition challenges the order granting interim maintenance in Domestic Violence proceedings being Misc. Criminal Case No. 207/2013. These proceedings have been withdrawn by way of mutual settlement between the parties and have been disposed of accordingly as per the order passed on 25/4/2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Amravati. This is also stated in the application, being Criminal Application (APPW) No.148/2016, which seeks disposal of this writ petition in view of the subsequent developments. Learned Counsel for respondent No.1 also admits that the Domestic violence proceedings have been withdrawn. In the circumstances, the challenge in the writ petition not surviving any further, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

All the applications are disposed of in terms of this order.
