The petitioner has impugned herein the order of the Sub Divisional Officer pertaining to illegal transportation of sand.

Alternate remedy for filing the appeal before the Collector in terms of Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, is available.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
5.
If the appeal is filed within two weeks then it shall be decided within four weeks from the date of filing of appeal.
6.
All the contentions raised in this petition, are kept open.
