Perused the contents of the application and heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The reasons for the cause of delay are mentioned in paragraphs 3 to 6 of the application. The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants on the ground that the delay is inordinate.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and subject to the applicants not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation if enhanced, for the period from 05.04.2014 till 10.10.2017, the delay in filing the appeal stands condoned. Civil application is allowed and disposed of. F.A. ST. NO. 22445/2017.

Heard. ADMIT.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mrs. H.N. Prabhu waives notice of hearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 3.
