Read Letter dated 17/06/2021. The appellate Court was granted six months' time to dispose of the appeal as per order dated 03/09/2019. The T.I.L.R. was appointed as Court Commissioner. He has measured the land. However, there were certain lacunae. Accordingly, he was again appointed. Now the measurement is yet to be carried out. So also, the pandemic situation is there. The reasons for extension are genuine. Therefore, six months' time is granted from today to dispose of R.C.A. No.66/2011.
