In short, it is his submissions that though the order under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, "SARFAESI Act") has been passed, it has not been executed for want of certain reasons.

He further submits that the grievance would be redressed if the authorities are directed to implement the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, within a time bound period.

Since the prayer is innocuous, we direct the concerned authorities i.e. respondent nos. 4 to 6 to take the order dated 17/02/2020 at logical end within a period of eight weeks from the production of copy of this order. 5.
