After hearing, when the Court was about to reject the application, learned counsel Shri S.S.Shinde for the applicant submitted that he wishes to withdraw the application with liberty to file an appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The criminal application is rejected as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
