DATE : 08/10/2025 The applicants/appellants have filed original sale deed dated 13.05.2005 along with Civil Application No.928 of 2024. The second appeal is disposed of vide judgment dated 08.09.2025. The present application is filed praying that the original sale deed be returned to the applicants. Perusal of the sale deed shows that the applicant No.1 has purchased the property under the said sale deed from one Smt. Shamin Nikat wd/o Aghakhan. The second appeal is already decided. The applicant No.1 is the purchaser in whose favour the sale deed was executed. The said document is filed on record by the applicants. Office is directed to return the original sale deed dated 13.05.2005 to the applicant No.1. The applicant No.1 is directed to place the photostat copy of the sale deed on record. Civil Application is disposed of.
