Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent, and on perusal of the investigation papers, it reveals that a 12 years girl was subjected for sexual assault and the chemical analyser report is yet to be received. Therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after chemical analyser report is received.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file after chemical analyser reports is received.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
