NOVEMBER 22, 2024 The Official Liquidator is seeking permission to engage services of Advocate (by way of letter of interest to be published on the official website of Nagpur High Court Bar Association), Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant (through institute of Chartered Accountants and institute of Company Secretaries, as the case may be) through empanelment for and on behalf of the Official Liquidator. Permission is granted.

2] The Official Liquidator is further seeking permission to pay professional fees of the Advocate, so appointed, in terms of order passed by this Court on 27/2/2009.

3] To my mind, the Official Liquidator should examine the issue, the order being pretty old, and may propose to pay professional fees in terms of schedule of payment fixed by the Central Government.
