The petitioners have preferred an appeal before the Collector, Chandrapur under Section 308 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats & Industrial Townships Act, 1965, challenging the resolution which is at Page 36.

Since the subsequent action would depend upon the outcome of the appeal No.10/2025, we direct the respondent No.2, Collector, Chandrapur, to decide the Appeal No. 10/2025 within four weeks from today. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed in the above terms.
