Perused the record.

We find that the certificate of the Doctor, on the basis of which parole is sought, is now stale. In this situation, on the basis of that certificate, we are not inclined to consider the present matter. However, we grant the petitioner leave to apply afresh, if any occasion therefor arises.

Accordingly, with such liberty, Criminal Writ Petition No.949/2015 is disposed of.

Charges of learned counsel appointed for the petitioner is fixed at Rs.1,500/- (Rs. One Thousand Five Hundred Only) JUDGE JUDGE kahale
