After arguing for some time, the learned Advocate seeks permission to withdraw the application of applicant No.1 - Gourav Hariprasad Pandey. Application of applicant No.1 - Gourav Hariprasad Pandey is disposed as withdrawn.

As far as the applicant No.2 - Rajesh Rammani Shukla is concerned, he apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No.357/2018 registered by the non-applicant against several persons for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 353 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the investigating agency, the accused alongwith some unnamed persons forced his entry in the office of Nagpur Municipal Corporation and removed the portraits, protesting against the demolition of drive of Nagpur Municipal Corporation for unauthorized / illegal religious structures.

The applicant No.2 - Rajesh Rammani Shukla

2 aba682.18 claims that any other crime / offence is not registered against him.

Considering the facts of the case, nature of accusations against the applicant and as other co-accused are released on bail, following order is passed:

In the event of arrest in Crime No.357/2018 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant No.2 - Rajesh Rammani Shukla be released on executing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- and furnishing two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The application of applicant No.2 - Rajesh Rammani Shukla is allowed accordingly.
