Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents. 2.

A challenge in the present writ petition is in respect of the tender process undertook by respondent no.1 in pursuance to the tender notice dated 1/3.10.2015.

The technical bid of the petitioner was not opened. The learned counsel for the respondents have invited our attention to their submissions from which it is crystal clear that the petitioner has failed to comply with the requirements to open the technical bid. We are satisfied that no arbitrariness has crept in while decision making of the respondent no.1 in awarding the contract to respondent no.2. Hence writ petition is rejected. JUDGE JUDGE halwai
