By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 29.07.2022 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gadchiroli in M.A.C.P. No.108/2018.

Learned Advocate Mr. Tahilyani holding for learned Advocate Mr. Dipwani, for the appellant submitted that entire compensation amount as per order of this Court is already deposited along with the accrued interest.

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for the appellant, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,
