The present OLR is filed for extension of tenure of service of Shri Jitendra D. Mangre as a Company Paid Peon (MTS). 2.

It appears that this Court had granted permission vide order 19/10/2022 and extended the tenure of service for one year. For the reasons stated in the OLR, the OLR is allowed. 3.

The service of Shri Jitendra D. Mangre as a Company Paid Peon (MTS) is extended for another one year, subject to condition as mentioned in order dated 20/04/2018 passed by the Division Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, the OLR stands disposed of.
