This is an application filed by the applicantrespondent no.1 for withdrawal of amount of Rs.10,79,088/- under Award deposited by the appellant in this Court. 2.

Perused the application. Heard the learned Advocates for both the sides.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be partly allowed as under : Registry is directed to pay 50% amount, out of deposited amount, on usual undertaking and 25% amount on execution of solvent surety, along with accrued interest thereon, to the applicant-respondent no.1.
