and Registrar's Orders.

Mr. M. N. Ali, Advocate for applicant.

Mr. T. A. Mirza, A.P.P. for non applicant-State. CORAM : V.M. DESHPANDE, J.

DATED : DECEMBER 20, 2017 1.

Heard Mr. M. N. Ali, Advocate for applicant and Mr. Mirza, A.P.P. for non applicant-State extensively. 2.

The learned A.P.P. has pointed out the tainted past criminal record of the applicant showing commission of same offences to show that even in the past, he has indulged in same types of the offences. Thus, it shows that once the bail is granted, the applicant has a tendency to commit similar types of offences. Therefore, when this Court has expressed its opinion that the Court is dismissing the application, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application. 3.

Permission is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
